Power Sloth Powerlifting Classic - Phoenix
The PSPLC is an annual unsanctioned powerlifting event committed to delivering the sport of powerlifting to the community in a manner which makes it approachable to both the first-timer, and experienced competitor.
The Power Sloths hit the road, and take the PSPLC on the first stop in the Arizona State Tour. We are absolutely honored to work with 1%ER Athletics in Glendale, AZ.

Strength & Service
New Roots Fitness Co. and the Power Sloths are honored to partner with several first-responder agencies across the state of Arizona to deliver the first annual Strength and Service Strong(wo)man competition, a charity first-responder event.
This event is reserved for those are employed in first responder roles (including, but not limited to: Fire Fighters, Law Enforcement, EMS (EMTs, Paramedics, Nurses, Dispatch etc.), Corrections and Military service members. If you call yourself a first-responder, than this competition is for you.
This event will be an unsanctioned Power Sloth event, no membership required, and will be limited to 50 competitors.
What: Strength and Service - A charity first responder Strong(wo)man event

Arizona State Strong(wo)man Championship
The Arizona State Strong(wo)man Championship, hosted at Mother Road Brewing Co., is the first of its kind. The State Championship invites both entry-level and experienced lifters. Cash prizes will be awarded to weight class winners, as incentive for the competitive athlete, and the novel experience of competing at a brewery is set to welcome those who are chasing an electric and supportive atmosphere. The State Championship seeks to attract and unite all lifters, regardless of federation, therefore the event will be unsanctioned. Join us on April 30th as we compete at Mother Road Brewing Co., and the adjoining Mikes Pike St. (when was the last time a local-level Strong(wo)man contest shut down an entire street?!), for an unparalleled New Roots/Power Sloth production..
