  • 24/7 Open Gym - $75 a month

    New Roots is home to Northern Arizona's strongest men and women. Amenities include 24/7 keyless access, powerlifting, Olympic lifting, and strong(wo)man equipment, cable and plate loaded machines, a weightlifting platform, deadlift platform, combo rack and bumpers. New school gym with an old school feel, and the most fun and supportive community you've ever met.

  • Strength & Conditioning Classes - Starting at $140

    These classes are the foundation of New Roots and are designed to prepare you for ALL physical activity. We use functional training (exercises that transfer to real life, like picking things up) to prepare our members for whatever MOVEMENT life may ask of them. What can you expect? Barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, battle ropes, plyo boxes, calisthenics, and just about anything else under the sun that can help prepare you to move freely through life leaner and meaner, without being out of breath… stronger, faster, more balanced and mobile, more confident, and ultimately a healthier human being! These classes are 100% scalable to meet the current fitness level, and abilities of each individual athlete (you) and lead by Coaches that are passionate about teaching, encouraging, and empowering their athletes, as well as motivated to continue developing themselves, and their coaching skills. 24/7 Gym Access included in your S&C membership.

    Our classes are Monday - Thursday at 5:00am, 6:00am, 9:00am, 12pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm & 6:30pm. Fridays at 5:00am, 6:00am, 9am, & 12pm, and Saturdays at 8:30am.

  • GPP+ (General Physical Preparedness Plus) - $165 a month

    What is “GPP+” (General Physical Preparedness Plus?) It’s in the name…being generally prepared for ALL physical activity for our Athletes that are 60 years old and older. New Roots uses functional training (exercises that transfer to real life, like picking things up) to prepare it’s athletes (by the way, everyone’s an athlete – even over 60) for all MOVEMENT. What can you expect? Strength Training, Balance/Coordination Exercises, Aerobic Training, and Flexibility/Mobility Work. These classes are 100% scalable to meet the current fitness level, and abilities of each individual athlete (you.)

    Our GPP+ classes are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8am.

  • Customized & Online Coaching

    Looking for something that is more customized, or maybe feel like you need a bit more accountability? Set-up a free consultation with one of our personal trainers. Working with a personal trainer is a great way to ensure that you are learning how to perform exercises safely, effectively, and efficiently. Additionally, it is a tool to gain enough accountability to create a successful workout routine.

    We also offer online customized coaching. This is perfect for anyone that needs the direction and guidance of a coach but is not able to or does not want to meet in person.
