What: Power Sloth Powerlifting Classic - Flagstaff 2023

Where: New Roots Fitness Co. - 1790 E Rte 66, Flagstaff, AZ 86004

When: September 9th, 2023

• A Session (All Women, Lightweight Men):

  • Lifting - 9am

  • Rules Meeting - 8am

• B Session (Middleweight/Heavyweight/Superheavyweight Men):

  • Lifting - 2:30pm

  • Rules Meeting - 1:30pm

Sessions will be split into ~30 competitors each (overall meet will be capped at 60 competitors). Final split TBD by August 26th, 2023 dependent on final registrations.
